  • Frontend: An Angular framework-based user interface facilitates efficient interaction for managing bogies, Bogie Torque Sensors, test data, and reports. 
  • Backend: Robust .NET Core server-side technologies ensure secure data storage and processing of collected torque data. 
  • Database: A scalable Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL) database management system efficiently stores and manages torque data for easy retrieval and analysis. 
  • Data Integrator: This component facilitates data transfer between various sources: 
  1. Bogie Torque Sensors: Secure two-way communication with Bogie Torque Sensors enables real-time data acquisition from torquing tools. 
  2. SAP System: APIs enable seamless data exchange with the client’s SAP system for centralized data management. 
  3. Alert Gateway: Integration with the Alert Gateway allows for sending and receiving alerts related to critical torque data deviations, ensuring timely response to potential issues.
