  • SAP Business One Integration: The mobile app was seamlessly integrated with the company’s existing SAP Business One system. This integration played a critical role in enabling real-time data access and streamlining workflows.

API Development:

Zelite Solutions developed secure APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) that facilitated communication between the mobile app and SAP Business One. These APIs enabled real-time data exchange, ensuring both systems had access to the most up-to-date information.

The APIs facilitated the real-time synchronization of various data points between the app and SAP, including:  

  • Asset Data: Asset details, location information, and maintenance history were readily accessible to LLTs through the app.

QR Code Integration:

The app incorporated a QR code scanner. By scanning a QR code placed on an asset, LLTs could instantly retrieve relevant information from SAP, such as asset details, service history, and current status. This eliminated the need for manual asset identification and ensured they were working on the correct asset. 

Improved Asset Inspections:

The app facilitated comprehensive asset inspections. LLTs could leverage the camera functionality on their mobile devices to capture photos or videos of asset conditions. Additionally, the app provided forms and checklists to guide inspections and ensure thorough data collection. Observations and findings could be directly recorded within the app, eliminating the need for paper-based reports.
