Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business requirements, ensuring the successful implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Business Central implementation and customizations.
  • Configure, develop, and customize Business Central to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
  • Perform data migration, integration, and troubleshooting for Business Central.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
  • Stay updated with the latest Business Central features, tools, and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Build, Lead and Manage Business Central practice.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant with Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV.
  • Strong understanding of core Business Central modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Technical expertise in AL programming, extensions, and integrations.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical teams and business users.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central are a plus.

    Quality Control (QC):

    • Oversee and ensure the accuracy and relevance of data and research outcomes.
    • Establish and enforce quality benchmarks and guidelines for the team.

    Team Management & Work Allocation:

    • Manage and mentor a team of researchers, ensuring productivity and skill development.
    • Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of projects.

    Data Consolidation & Processing:

    • Aggregate, process, and analyze secondary research data to create meaningful insights.
    • Review and refine data to meet client-specific requirements.

    Delivery Management:

    • Plan, prepare, and oversee the timely delivery of research and enriched account data.
    • Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and predefined standards.

    Client Communication:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
    • Understand client requirements thoroughly and provide regular updates on progress.

    Billing & Reporting:

    • Prepare weekly and monthly delivery reports for billing purposes.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing based on delivered data.

    Delivery Estimation:

    • Estimate timelines for deliverables and align them with client expectations.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.

    Requirement Gathering & Translation:

    • Conduct detailed discussions with clients to understand and document their requirements.
    • Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the research team.

    Vendor & Consultant Management:

    • Coordinate with external data consultants or vendors to acquire supplemental data.
    • Ensure vendor performance aligns with project requirements and budgets.
