Job Summary
The Sales Head will own end-to-end sales strategy, drive enterprise deal closures, and build a scalable global sales engine with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI solutions.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- MBA preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver overall revenue targets across regions.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performance sales team.
- Drive enterprise sales cycles and strategic deal closures.
- Develop key client relationships and expand global accounts.
- Strengthen partnerships within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery for GTM execution.
- Ensure strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.
Experience & Skills:
- 15+ years in IT services / enterprise software sales.
- Proven track record in closing large, complex deals.
- Experience in international markets (UAE, US, UK/Europe preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, AI).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
