Zelite  implemented a purpose-built Model-Driven App on Microsoft Power Platform as the unified hub for Supreme’s S-BOS operations. The solution was designed around the real workflows.

  1. Unified Model‑Driven App — One Platform for All
    A single Model-Driven App now powers the complete S-BOS workflow — from RFQ creation to quotation approval and program product management. All entities, views, dashboards, and business logics are built within Power Platform, ensuring governance, auditability, and scalability.
  2. Automatic Record Assignment
    When a record is saved, the system automatically assigns it to the appropriate team  based on pre-configured  sales team. This manual delegation, reduces response time, and ensures the right stakeholders are always in the loop from the moment a record is created.
  3. Smart Notifications
    System sends automatic alerts and emails for important updates and actions. This helps users stay informed and avoid missing deadlines.
  4. Automated Approval Process
    All approvals are handled within the system. Multi-level approvals, tracking, and audit history are maintained — no more manual emails.
  5. Automatic SharePoint Folder Management
    One of the most complex requirements of S-BOS was managing a multi-level folder hierarchy in SharePoint — dynamically, as records are created and progress through stages.  implemented an automated folder provisioning mechanism that:
    • Automatically creates the required folder structure for RFQs, quotations, and program records.
    • Mirrors Supreme’s document management hierarchy without manual intervention.
    • Ensures consistent naming, organization, and access based on record context and team.
  6. SharePoint Integration in CRM –
    SharePoint is integrated directly into the app. Users can view, upload, and manage documents without leaving the system.
  7. Dashboard for Quotation Tracking A dashboard is created to track quotation status, including:
    • Past‑due quotations
    • Quotations due in the upcoming week.
