Job Summary
We are hiring a Manager / Assistant Manager Enterprise Sales – Hunter responsible for identifying, engaging and converting new B2B and enterprise customers for Zelite’s Microsoft and Data and AI portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of hunting net-new accounts, selling technology solutions to decision-makers, creating opportunities independently and consistently achieving revenue targets. The role will involve selling solutions around Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform, AI, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Digital Engineering
Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B technology / IT services sales.
- Strong experience in new-logo hunting.
- Demonstrated experience generating business through outbound prospecting.
- Experience selling to enterprise customers.
- Proven experience managing the complete sales cycle.
- Strong cold-calling, email and LinkedIn prospecting skills.
- Ability to engage CXO and senior technology/business stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working with revenue targets and sales KPIs.
- Strong CRM discipline.
