Job Description
- Must have over 3+ years of Experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM (on-premise / Cloud).
- Must have good Techno-Functional knowledge on MS Dynamics 365 CRM Sales & Field Services and end to end customization.
- Complete process flow understanding and experience in key areas Sales, Marketing, Case Management and Field service.
- Hands-on experience in Development/Support/Implementation projects.
- Will be responsible to interact with end-users/client to take down their requirements and train them as and when required.
- Must have experience in interacting with international clients.
- Should have sound knowledge of implementing MSD CRM best practices.
- Must have experience on end-to-end MSD CRM Implementation/deployment.
- Should be able to leverage his/her experience with Dynamics CRM to step back and recommend and / implement Dynamics CRM best practices including any structure, grooming/clean-up, or basic changes as may be needed to properly conform with the standard Dynamics CRM workflows and thus facilitate efficient use of the system.
- Should be able to provide some level of ad-hoc end user training as needed for Dynamics CRM modules, workflows, or general questions coming from end-users.
- Should have good command on Entity Customization, Business Units, Security aspects, Plugins, Workflows, Custom workflows, JavaScript web resources, services.
Job Summary
- Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create demonstrations to provide proof of concept; plan and assist the team.
- Must have worked with both technical and functional aspects in MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Must have worked & strong knowledge in C#, javascript Dynamics CRM SDK, Entity Framework.
- Must have Strong knowledge in PowerAutomate, PowerApp & Module Driven Apps
- Should have developed Workflow/Custom Workflow development and Front-End Entity Form development.
- Must have work experience in Entity Customizations and Entity View Customizations.
- Data migration and integration mappings using SQL Integration Services, Web Services.
- SQL Reporting Services.
- The role includes working with customers’ technical, business and management teams to understand their strategy and identify their ‘must-have’ requirements, in order to design and deliver highly complex integrated solutions.
- Provide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics CRM capabilities, functions and features to clients and prospects.
- Conduct hands-on implementation, the configuration of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Build positive client relationships by developing an understanding of the client’s business processes.
- Perform requirements gathering, Business Process Analysis.
- Understand customer requirements and advise the project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation.
- Adapt to different end-user learning styles when training, gathering requirements, etc.
- Create documentation for clients, including PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows regarding functional requirements, design, training, process engineering, etc.
- Assist internal resources with support or pre-sales of Microsoft CRM and related integrations.
Education & Experience
- Graduate or Post Graduate.
- 3+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required.
- Significant experience with sales management, marketing, and/or customer service processes.
- Good to have Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification.
