Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our products/services in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential and existing customers to present products and services.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
- Participate in promotional activities and campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in field sales (industry-specific experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in local language and basic English.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
