Inside Sales Role (1–2 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads via calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Support sales campaigns for Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, Staffing Services, etc.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings, and conversions.
Education:
- Graduate degree (Business/Marketing preferred, but not mandatory if experience aligns).
Experience:
- 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales / lead generation / tele-calling.
- Exposure to domestic (India) and UAE markets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (Dynamics 365 preferred).
Required Skill:
- Excellent communication skills (English mandatory).
- Strong cold calling and lead qualification ability.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (Dynamics 365 preferred).
- Ability to research, identify, and reach decision-makers.
- Confidence in handling objections and follow-ups.
Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and persistent.
- Comfortable with structured daily calling schedules.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (to match UAE business hours if required).
