Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Marketing Fresher to join our team and support our business development and marketing initiatives. This position begins with a structured 3-month training program, during which selected candidates will receive hands-on exposure to B2B marketing, lead generation, and client outreach strategies. Throughout the training period, you will interact with C-level executives (such as CEOs, CIOs, and Business Heads), gaining valuable industry exposure and building essential professional skills.
- Candidates who demonstrate strong performance during the training period will be considered for full-time employment with the organization.
Training Program – Key Learning Outcomes:
- Effective cold calling techniques and communication with CXO-level decision-makers.
- B2B lead generation using LinkedIn, digital tools, and databases.
- Appointment scheduling and lead qualification processes.
- Use of CRM platforms to manage outreach and client data.
- Email campaign support and professional follow-ups.
- Understanding of marketing funnels and collaboration with sales teams.
- Real-world business communication and lead engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, including CXO-level executives.
- Speak confidently and professionally to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the business development/sales teams.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Assist in lead generation and contact discovery using online tools.
- Support in executing email follow-ups and marketing outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize communication strategies.
Candidate Requirements: Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing (fresh graduates or recent pass-outs).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional and confident phone presence.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing or sales processes is a plus.
