Project Scope

The project aimed to implement Dynamics 365 CRM with various integrated solutions to create a unified business platform. This included: 

  • Computer Telephony Integration (CTI): Integrating Couto’s call center with Dynamics 365 CRM using CXOne facilitated seamless communication for inbound and outbound customer calls. Customer service representatives (CSRs) could efficiently manage appointments, inquiries, and leads within the CRM. 
  • Sales Module: Replacing the existing LEAP tool with Dynamics 365 Sales provided a robust platform for managing customer interactions. Sales representatives gained access to a user-friendly mobile application for appointments, measurements (using the Hover API integration), estimates, contracts, and lead management. Sales managers benefited from desktop applications for assigning leads, evaluating performance, and generating reports. 
  • Marketing Module: The Dynamics 365 Marketing module empowered Couto Construction to capture and nurture leads more effectively. Marketing specialists could create and run automated campaigns, manage leads, and convert them into qualified prospects.   • Integration with Samsara: Real-time tracking of crew and asset locations was achieved through Samsara integration. Geo-fencing capabilities ensured accurate crew tracking at job sites, enhancing accountability and operational efficiency.
